Han has been a practicing attorney since 2002, with 20 years of experience as a prosecutor for the City of San Diego. Her current areas of practice include Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Employment Law. Han earned her J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a psychology degree from the University of California San Diego. She was also a San Diego Police Cadet before pursuing a legal career.
In addition to her membership with the State Bar of California, Han is a member of the California Lawyers Association and the San Diego County Bar Association. She volunteers with California Western School of Law’s Community Law Project. Outside of work, Han enjoys life in Florida with her husband, daughter, and dog, Stimpy. She loves watching romantic Asian dramas, going on food tours, fishing, and spending time with her family.
