Robert Daniels has practiced for over 20 years, primarily in the field of family law. His trial experience also includes business, real estate, professional liability, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, fraud, and other civil disputes. His experience outside traditional family law gives clients an edge when it comes to developing strategies and solutions for family businesses or unique assets.
Active in the community, Robert is a past president of the North County Bar Association and has served on boards including the San Diego Autism Society, Rotary Club of Escondido, and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego. He serves a court appointed settlement pro team judge, where he facilitates settlements between parties in lieu of trial. He also routinely partners with other attorneys and judicial officers to provide continuing legal education to the bar.
A native San Diegan, Robert attended San Diego State University followed by the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, he clerked for an international consulting firm in Paris, France, concentrating on foreign direct investment. Back home, he worked at a large law firm during college and law school.
Robert lives in North County with his wife, son, and daughter. He enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golf, and camping.
